What I Do

Are you tired of the myth that professionals should exist in the workplace devoid of their personal lives and identities?

Are you ready to build a research and evaluation practice that says no to the burnout, staff turnover, and inefficiency that comes from using old frameworks in a world that needs new ways of operating authentically and equitably?

One client came ready to build team identity within a diverse evaluation group. I brought them my Authentic Evaluation framework along with cutting edge techniques for integrating personal identity with research and evaluation practice, and they walked away with an increased sense of trust and concrete skills for building equity-based wellness in their organization.

Another firm was looking for ways to reduce burnout in a diverse, high-performing research and evaluation workforce. I delivered training on high-impact best practices to bolster work identity and organizational trust, customized for research and evaluation professionals. Leadership increased implementation practices that support retention and healthy workplace productivity.

An agency was struggling to process a backlog of data that had been promised to clients. I identified key needs of the diverse group of clients and executed an evaluation plan that successfully maintained the clients' trust within the agency's efficiency requirements.
